The Challenge
Agoria, the Belgian federation for the technology industry, wanted to prepare businesses and young talents for the future job market of 2030. Their research highlighted upcoming challenges, but translating these insights into practical actions for companies and youth required further investigation.
The challenge was to turn research findings into actionable tools and raise awareness among both current employees and the next generation of talent about the shifts in skills, technology, and workplace expectations.

Our Approach
Trendwolves designed a multi-layered engagement strategy to gather insights and co-create solutions:
- We organized expert tables in four Belgian cities, bringing together HR leaders, tech professionals, ethics professors, and product developers to discuss the implications of Agoria’s research.
- We engaged young talents over 60 students and 20 kids to explore their perspectives on future careers and skills.
- We conducted a survey among 568 Belgians to understand broader public perceptions.
The combination of expert input, youth perspectives, and public insights allowed us to translate future challenges into actionable guidance for businesses and education initiatives.

Activation
Trendwolves facilitated and analyzed all stages of the project:
- Running interactive tables and workshops with experts to generate practical recommendations
- Synthesizing findings into tools and strategies for companies to anticipate workforce needs and technological changes
- Supporting the involvement of 120 young talents at Agoria’s Annual Event, giving them the opportunity to meet the King, engage with experts on stage, and connect with future career opportunities
Through surveys, workshops, and hands-on events, we ensured the insights were both data-driven and action-oriented.

Our impact
The project delivered practical, hands-on tools for businesses of all sizes to prepare for the skills shortage and technological transformations of 2030.
By involving both experts and young talents, Trendwolves helped Agoria create a bridge between the current workforce, companies, and the next generation. This strengthened awareness, encouraged proactive action, and equipped both professionals and students with the knowledge to adapt and thrive in the job market of tomorrow.
